Order discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. If you refuse shipment, you may be responsible for shipping costs. Return policy is 30 days of invoice date with approved RMA number.  Up to a 30% restocking fee may apply. Sale items, sunless products & spray solution are non-returnable. Damaged Lamps/Acrylics & drop shipments must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  You must sign for them as "damaged" & may have to provide the receipt before replacements will be sent.  All Hours is not responsible for items ordered incorrectly or manufacturer defects. $25 service fee per returned check & subject to change in accordance with state law. After 30 days debt unpaid may be forwarded to a collection agency & the issuer/debtor is responsible for any & all fees including, but not limited to, attorneys fees, legal & court costs.
